Over Wagyu

Waarvoor staat A5?

A5 is de hoogste kwaliteitsscore die Wagyu-rundvlees kan ontvangen volgens het Japanse beoordelingssysteem voor marmering, kleur, helderheid en kwaliteit van het vlees en de kwaliteit van het vet. Dit systeem, gebruikt in Japan, beoordeelt Wagyu op een schaal van 1 tot 5, met A5 als de topcategorie die staat voor uitzonderlijke kwaliteit.
