De Barbaresco Bric Micca 2021 is een expressieve Nebbiolo van het historische huis Poderi Luigi Einaudi, afkomstig van de gelijknamige wijngaard in Neive. Deze cru, gelegen op 300–350 meter hoogte met kalkrijke bodems, levert een wijn met verfijnde aroma’s, stevige structuur en een indrukwekkend bewaarpotentieel. De 2021-editie is krachtig, maar elegant en toont het klassieke karakter van Barbaresco.

Helder granaatrood met robijnrode schakering. In de neus aanvankelijk gesloten, daarna aroma’s van zure kers, rode bessen, leer en bosgrond. In de mond krachtig met goed geïntegreerde tannines, sappig en fris met een lange afdronk.

I like them but there are so many less, we are going through them very fast. I will be going back to the original type when these are gone. I decorate cakes, using both fondant, and buttercream icings. These towels are fantastic for smoothing out the icings. Look up the technique on YouTube. They are the best for this. I can never be without my Viva but will go back to.the original type.
