Al palato il vino è equilibrato e fresco, spiccano aromi di pompelmo e un finale ammandorlato.Il Terre Siciliane Catarratto IGT “Kelbi” delle Cantine Pellegrino 1880, nello specifico facente parte della gamma Tenute di Famiglia che raccoglie grandi vini bianchi e rossi, nati da uve coltivate nelle tenute di proprietà, è un catarratto in purezza che nasce dai vigneti situati a Marzara del Vallo. Il suo nome “Kelbi”, giardino rigoglioso su un ventilato altopiano, lo prende dalla dinastia araba che ha reso florida la terra di Sicilia. A noi piace per la sua freschezza invitante e per una nota aromatica che unita alla sapidità del vino regala splendidi momenti di degustazione.
Si sposa bene con crudité e crostacei, noi lo consigliamo con crostacei al vapore con verdure in agrodolce.
