De meeste strakke vlaggenmast uit ons vlaggenmasten assortiment, met een wanddikte van 3mm. Deze vlaggenmast heeft een glad oppervlak en heeft geen naden over de hele lengte lopen. Leverbaar in het cilindrisch (voet diameter is gelijk aan top diameter).

De cilindrische 7 meter zwarte vlaggenmasten zijn leverbaar in:
– 70mm voet en 70mm top
– 90mm voet en 90mm top

Deze vlaggenmast kan worden afgewerkt op 3 verschillende manieren.

Standaard afwerking
Uw vlaggenmast wordt compleet geleverd met hijskoord, kikker en een vlaggenmastknop naar keuze. Het touw loopt bij deze afwerking buiten langs.

Liersysteem (vanaf diameter. 70mm)
Wilt u het touw liever aan de binnenkant dan hebben wij daarvoor een bandliersysteem. U kunt de vlag eenvoudig hijsen en strijken met meegeleverde slinger. Wij kiezen er bewust voor geen “lompe” opbouw of kunststofkastjes te monteren, deze zijn in aanschaf wel goedkoper maar zeker niet gebruiksvriendelijker. Het liersysteem wordt geleverd inclusief contragewicht.

Draaitop met banieruithouder
De vlaggenmast is voorzien van een draaitop die bestaat uit POM kunststof en RVS onderdelen. Daarnaast is de ronddraaiende top voorzien van dubbele geruisloze en zelfsmerende RVS kogellagers. De draaitop wordt geleverd met een stevige aluminium banieruithouder. De lengte van de uithouder is 164cm en is geschikt voor banieren met een maximale breedte van 150cm. De uithouder kan eenvoudig in elke gewenste lengte worden ingekort. De diameter van de uithouder is 16mm. inclusief contragewicht.

Bevestiging zwarte aluminium vlaggenmast 7 meter

Als grondbevestiging adviseren wij de kantelbare voetplaat. Het kantelanker of kantelvoet is een veelzijdige en duurzame methode om uw vlaggenmast te bevestigen. Hij bestaat uit twee delen: een scharnierend bovendeel en een vaste grondbevestiging. De grondbevestiging van de kantelvoet wordt in beton gestort.

Verzenden of vlaggenmast laten installeren

Al onze vlaggenmasten en constructies worden geleverd inclusief duidelijke montage handleiding. Op deze manier kunt u, met behulp van deze montage handleiding, zelf eenvoudig uw vlaggenmasten plaatsen. Wij geven na dat u de vlaggenmast(en) heeft besteld zo spoedig mogelijk de leverdatum door.

Uw vlaggenmast(en) vakkundig geplaatst door onze VCA gecertificeerde plaatsingsdienst. De plaatsingskosten zijn inclusief arbeidsloon, transportkosten, voorrijkosten en beton. (mits er geen obstakels in de grond zitten zoals leidingen, puin, zware kleigrond of hoog grondwater).

Het streven is om uw vlaggenmasten binnen 2 a 3 weken te plaatsen. Wij laten uiterlijk de vrijdag in de week van de bestelling per mail weten wanneer wij uw opdracht hebben ingepland. Om alles zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen, is hiervoor een planning vereist.
