How to use Trec Nutrition L-Carnitine + Green Tea?
Single portion of the product wash down with approx. 300 ml water.
On workout days: 4 capsules 30 min. before workout.
On non-workout days: twice a day, 2 capsules on each occasion, preferably 30 min. before your meal.
WARNINGS:Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Tartrazine, may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
