È proprio quellesclamazione che oggi dà nome al Lodai. È la bandiera della Tenuta Fertuna, simbolo di una continuità qualitativa non sempre facile da trovare. Il Maremma Toscana Rosso IGT Lodai della Tenuta Fertuna riposa un anno in barriques e affina in vetro per sei mesi. Ottimo.
Perfetto con secondi piatti strutturati, selvaggina e cacciagione. Buono con lanatra arrosto.

This is a great size, great value, holds heat. Made double recipe of Mac and cheese in it - brought it to a party and Mac and cheese was still warm. In glass it would have needed to be reheated.

Great choice. Choose medium to small sizes for easy maneuver

Love this Dutch oven. I bought a cream one. I recommend a dark color: it may be easy to clean, but it may retain some foods colors. I recommend a medium sized oven. I have the big one and it is too heavy to carry on and when using for baking, it can be tricky. I made stew and chunk roast beef and worked good. I would recommend a medium size for good handling. Also because smaller sizes may be easier to use in electric stoves as the glass can get damaged.
