Beschrijving wijn:

Moillard Grivot is in het bezit van een rijkdom aan wijngaarden gelegen in verschillende appellaties in de Bourgogne. Het handelshuis maakt een breed scala aan wijnen, van appellation régionales en villages wijnen tot Grand Crus. Na de handmatige oogst is er een inweking en fermentatie op lage temperatuur. De wijn rijpt vervolgens nog 10 maanden op nieuw en gebruikt eikenhout. Het resultaat mag er zijn. 

In de neus aroma's van rijp geel fruit met een licht tropische ondertoon. Vanille en ceder maken de neus compleet. De smaak is complex, romig en rijk van smaak met voldoende frisheid voor de balans. De wijn zit vol intense fruitaroma´s, vanille, toast, en noten en heeft een prachtige lange afdronk. Ideaal te combineren met vette visgerechten, gevogelte en kazen.
