Waar vele wijnhuizen voor hun wijnen een hele serie druiven aanplant, heeft Raats zich helemaal gefocust op twee druiven; de Cabernet-Franc voor rood en Chenin-Blanc voor witte wijn. De Cabernet-Franc zien we in Zuid-Afrika nauwelijks terug in rode wijnen. Een hele uitdaging dus. Maar volgens deze familie zijn de druifsoorten ondergewaardeerd en kan er veel meer uitgehaald worden. Alle wijnen zijn afkomstig uit het gebied Stellenbosch. Hier profiteren de druiven van het warme klimaat van Zuid-Afrika, maar ook de koelte van de oceaanwind. Deze wind zorgt ervoor dat de druiven niet te snel rijpen en goede zuren opbouwen. Daardoor ontstaat er meer spanning en frisheid in de wijnen. Omdat Stellenbosch vrijwel direct aan het water ligt, profiteert het sterk van deze koele invloed van zee. De druiven worden zorgvuldig geselecteerd. Het sap voor deze witte wijn wordt twee tot drie dagen gekoeld en vervolgens koud gefermenteerd in roestvrijstalen tanks. Daarna wordt het zes maanden op de droesem gerijpt voordat het wordt gebotteld. Gedurende het gehele proces van wijnmaken staat perfecte kwaliteit voorop. De familie ademt wijn en de edele drank komt bij dit wijnhuis uit alle poriën.De smaak van Original Chenin Blanc
De passie zien we meteen terug bij het inschenken van deze Original Chenin Blanc. In de geur frisse tonen van gele appel, ananas, groene meloen en limoen. In de smaak veel structuur, geel en wit fruit, mineralen en citrusfruit en natuurlijk het herkenbare zuurtje. Een verfijnde subtiele wijn die je niet snel zal vervelen. Hij is volledig door, dus zonder restzoet, zodat hij perfect combineert met een maaltijd. Ook zonder eten is hij te verleidelijk om te laten staan.Shipping Notes

Great engineering for amazing price

This is the deal of deals. The signal goes through my oven door with zero problems. The sensor inserts neatly into the controller slot. Nice. But that's not all. This thing is Gold Lite, and has the transmission frequency that is 10X better than Bluetooth. The App is probably same as the 4X higher priced Gold Edition, which is worth the price of admission. whose only advantage is that the sensor is good for 752F instead of 932F (yes the descriptions says good for 932F, but Lin the photo it says 752F) . The 932F is not anywhere good enough for my radiant ceramic grill, which goes up above 1300F anyway. So I saved a bunch of money and have something that does everything I need and no more.

No-brainer

Works as expected and looks premium for the price. App is very functional and easy to use.
Thought it was silly to have a paired thermometer but this convinced me otherwise as it’s very fun to use and it gives more inputs to how you’re cooking your stuff (eg it has multiple sensors covering different parts of the meat)

Much more than a pizza maker
This is more than a pizza maker. There are 15 different settings that makes this a great air fryer. I will probably not use all of the features but it gives me options for if I choose to. The size was a little surprising because it is bigger than expected, however I just replaced it with my old air fryer. This has great levels of heat, easy to clean and gives alot of versatility.
