Met dit beschermschild kan de kachel dichter bij wanden of banken worden geïnstalleerd, zonder dat dit ten koste gaat van de veiligheid. Daarnaast beschermt het hitteschild glaswanden en houten oppervlakken tegen opspattend water, wat het onderhoud van je sauna vergemakkelijkt.
Voor extra bescherming kun je meerdere hitteschilden combineren. Eén hitteschild bedekt een derde van de kachel, ideaal voor hoekinstallaties. Bij plaatsing tussen twee banken kan een tweede hitteschild worden toegevoegd, waardoor tweederde van de kachel wordt afgeschermd.
