Gellan Gom LT100 (high acyl) is ideaal voor verschillende geleer-, textuur-, stabilisatie- en filmvormende toepassingen en vormt een flexibele elastische gel. Perfect geschikt voor het maken van zachte gels, marshmallows en mousses of om vloeistoffen in te dikken.

Meng met Gellan Gom Low Acyl om een gel met een zachtere textuur te maken. Het is geschikt voor veganisten, vegetariërs, het is glutenvrij en niet genetisch gemodificeerd.


Hoe te gebruiken:
Dosering: 0.5 - 2.0%. Oplosbaar in water, vereist verwarming tot 100 ºC. Het geleren gebeurt wanneer de Gellan Gum oplossing wordt verwarmd tot 100ºC. en daarna wordt gekoeld. Gellan Gum gels zijn stabiel in oplossingen variërend van 3,5 - 8,0 pH waardoor ze geschikt zijn voor een breed scala van toepassingen.

Smells heavenly!
- I could smell it immediately as soon as I pulled it out of the package; it smells so good! Really fresh. I think it’s the rosemary and eucalyptus oils in it maybe? - It has both a manufacturing date and an expiration date printed on the package - It has a really interesting texture (up close picture included). - It does produce a lot of lather, although it’s not a sticky lather like the listing photos show. You can absolutely tell that there are several different types of oils in the ingredients, as your skin feels very nice and moisturized after use. I’ve only been using the bar for a few days but I am a bit leery due to the number of oils in the ingredients that it may clog my pores. Nothing so far though! - Since it does create such a good lather, I can see how this bar would last you a long time. - The price is pretty in line with other snail mucin cleansers and given the ingredients I think this is a quality product so I think it’s worth giving a try!
