Deze cuvée is een assemblage van verschillende Pinot Noir percelen op de hoogtes van Magrie en Roquetaillade in de Hoog Aude vallei. Klei kalk terroir, biologische en biodynamische landbouw. Het minimum aan sulfiet (<40mg/l) werd toegevoegd en enkel voor het bottelen, dit om het transport en het verouderen te garanderen.
- De kleur is granaatrood met paarse reflecties. De neus vertoont een gereduceerd karakter. Na beluchting komen er toetsen van kers en framboos met een vleugje witte peper naar boven. Het mondgevoel is rond, soepel, elegant, zeer licht en barstensvol fruit. Alles is goed in balans en zeer gemakkelijk verteerbaar (vinificatie zonder sulfiet).

Runs large

Runs much larger than I expected. I am 5’4”& 136 pounds. Usually wear a medium or large in some knit tops. So I need to stitch the side seams in hopes it will fit better. I like the weight and softness of the fabric, but really disappointed in the too large armholes. Unwearable for me until I
can sew new side seams.
