Bodegas Terras Gauda werd in 1980 opgericht en bevindt zich in de D.O. Rías Baixas, waar geweldige witte wijnen worden geproduceerd. Ze hebben de meeste hectare in hun bezit en maken hoge kwaliteitswijnen. De Albariño en de Caíño-druiven komen van de percelen die lager liggen, dat wil zeggen percelen met meer vochtige omstandigheden waardoor de oogst veel eerder kan plaatsvinden. Wijnen gemaakt met dergelijke druiven hebben een grotere concentratie, minder zuurgraad en meer body. De Albariño druif wordt erg vroeg geoogst terwijl de Caíño druif juist te laatste is die geplukt wordt. De Loureiro-druif komt van de hoogstgelegen percelen die Terras Gauda in bezit heeft. Deze percelen hebben minder vochtigheid en koelere temperaturen, wat resulteert in de langzamere druivenrijping die de levendige Loureiro-wijn intense aroma's en een zachte mond geeft.Handmatige oogst voor Terras Gauda Etiqueta Negra O Rosal
De druiven voor deze Etiqueta Negra O Rosal worden eind september begin oktober volledig met de hand geoogst. De druiven worden afzonderlijk van elkaar geperst, waarna alleen de beste most geselecteerd wordt. Hierna volgt de alcoholische fermentatie met wilde gisteren bij een gecontroleerde temperatuur. Na de malolactische gisting rijpt de wijn op nieuwe Franse eikenhouten vaten. Na ongeveer zes maanden krijgt de wijn nog 8 maanden rust op roestvrijstalen tanks voordat het gebotteld wordt. Het resultaat is een goudgele wijn met in de geur aroma’s van sinaasappelschil, mandarijn, rijpe peer, kamille, room en verse toast. In de smaak tonen van limoen, lychee, meloen, amandelen, een vleugje kokos en vanille. Hij sluit af met een intense afdronk met fraaie zuren.Shipping Notes

Very good bar soap
Scent: Alpine & Spice
I have been using this bar soap for about two years now. I continue to use it because of the ingredients, the way it’s manufactured, and because of how it feels on my skin in the shower and afterwards. I have only used the “no grit” flavors. The scents are ok, nothing special or exciting. Some of them barely have any scent whatsoever, and some of them have a mild scent. But none of the flavors I have tried have a strong scent, and none of the scents are bad or offensive. The lather is excellent really good lather. My skin always feels clean, hydrated, and healthy after showering with all flavors of this soap. Love this stuff. Crate 61 customer support is excellent.

great bar soap

I like this bar soap. It lathers, cleans, and rinses effectively and does not dry out my skin. It exfoliates lightly. It's a decent size and shape bar that makes it convenient and easy to use. The package count is a reasonable 3 bars and the packaging in minimal. Its a well made bar of soap. And its plant based and natural. The scent smells great and is subtle and not perfumy. I'm a guy and this soap is great for me.
I have long been on a quest to find a bar soap that doesn't dry out my skin and has a scent for a guy without being a stupid scent like burned wood, leather, tobacco, etc. Plus the bar shouldn't be so big and heavy that its difficult to use, to store, or breaks your foot if you drop it. I also don't want to have to buy 12 bars at once nor should it be super expensive. Plus has to be natural and biodegradable. I found a brand and bar that did all that and used for a number of years, but then they stopped making it. So, I went on a new quest of many different bar soaps and when I found this one, it checked all the boxes and expect it will be my new ongoing bar soap for years to come.
