This original Beauty Garage towel is made with triple-layered gauze fabric woven on a towel loom, resulting in excellent absorbency and quick-drying properties.
The double-sided gauze fabric ensures a comfortable, skin-friendly feel. While

previous towels were made with two layers of gauze, the triple-layered weave makes them more flexible and soft, and increases the gaps between the layers, improving heat retention and absorbency.
After numerous prototypes, including single-layer, double-layer, and triple-layer, we tested functionality, ease of handling, and comfort for use in the beauty industry, ultimately resulting in the creation of triple-layered gauze.
To prevent the overlapping gauze from shifting during use, the towels are pinched at equal intervals on both sides to secure them in place.
The small indentations serve as the securement points, but because they are evenly spaced, they also appear to have a pattern.

Soft to the touch

Unlike typical single-color towels, these towels use yarn that has been dyed using a method unique to Imabari called "pre-bleached dyeing.
" Bleaching is a process that removes wax, oils, and impurities from cotton and bleaches it to prevent uneven coloring and bring out its absorbency and softness. While
typical color towels are bleached and dyed after being woven, pre-bleached pre-dyed towels bring out the inherent properties of cotton, resulting in a softer texture compared to piece-dyed towels.
Additionally, by increasing the number of threads used in the fabric, we have reduced the unevenness of the gauze fabric, resulting in a texture that is gentle on the skin.

Pale colors expressed with white and colored threads

This towel uses white warp threads (long sides) and colored weft threads (short sides), giving it a pale color that looks like a checkered pattern all over. Combined with the lightness of the gauze, it also gives a cool impression.
The color changes when the towel is dry and wet, making it visually appealing.

Breathable and warm

Gauze fabric is easy to absorb air and has excellent heat retention properties.
It is also breathable and moisture-wicking, making it cool in sweaty seasons and warm in cold seasons.
For those who find turbans too hot in the summer, this material is smooth to wear, quickly absorbs sweat, and allows you to receive treatment in comfort until the very end.
