For a neat and sharp line Gel Eyeliner should be applied with an eyeliner brush. If Gel Eyeliner is used as an eyeshadow it is recommended to apply it with a firm and synthetic eyeshadow brush. Adapt the eyeshadow brush according to the eye's size.
