For most people, the thought of a coat doesn’t typically bring a smile to their face, because with it comes colder winds and greyer skies. For me, it’s my favourite time of the year for vintage fashion. There’s nothing like wrapping up on a cold day in a coat that hugs you like a cozy blanket and stepping out layered up with all of those luxurious Fall and Winter textiles.
I am such a huge fan of the cape style coat when it comes to vintage fashion. There's just something so dreamy and playful about it. The yellow lining on this item peeks out and pops as you move and sway. It's done in a longer cut as well for added warmth. It's more of a medium weight so it's best for warmer Fall days. With that said, I would easily layer this over another jacket or coat. It is just the type of item that is made for layering.
It is in overall excellent gently worn condition.
This is basically an open sizing but I recommend paying attention to the shoulder area since there is a slight natural curve to the cut. As usual please refer to the below measurements for most accurate fit.
