Everything begins with the selection of the finest Arabica and Robusta beans, which are roasted separately
to bring out the best of their flavour and aroma. The beans are then skilfully blended and ground to the degree required by the brewing method (moka, espresso, percolator, capsules, pods) They’re the reason for the unique and unmistakable aroma that sets Pellini coffee apart from its competitors.

Directions

1. Use suitable coffee makers for the Pellini Number 82 Vivace Roasted Coffee Beans. 2. For a strong Italian espresso, grind the beans to a fine consistency. 3. For Cafetiere Coffee Pots, grind the beans to a coarse consistency. 4. Adjust the coffee to water ratio based on personal preference.
