The MC X Series combines advanced engineering and the finest materials to deliver a sound experience of remarkable clarity, depth, and precision. Designed for those who demand nothing less than excellence, it sets a new standard in high-end vinyl performance.
A New Benchmark in Analog Perfection
In the world of vinyl playback, the cartridge is where the journey begins. A pivotal point where music rises from the groove and transforms into immersive soundscapes. With the MC X Series, Ortofon sets a new benchmark in MC cartridge design, pushing premium Moving Coil technology to unprecedented levels of performance.
Ortofon Technology
The MC X Series combines high-end materials with innovative engineering. Each cartridge features a Pure Silver Coil System, using high-purity silver wire for exceptional signal clarity and detail.
Paired with a newly developed Optimized Magnet System - featuring a one-piece pole cylinder and rear magnet yoke - this design ensures maximum magnetic efficiency and a clean, powerful signal path for elevated performance.
Precision starts at the core
At the core of the MC X Series is an advanced honeycomb-structured stainless-steel frame, created using Metal Injection Molding (MIM) technology. This refined construction ensures superior mechanical stability, providing an ideal foundation for precise and accurate sound reproduction.
MC X10
MC X10 lays the foundation for high-fidelity sound. Its refined elliptical diamond stylus delivers clarity and precision, bringing your records to life with stunning detail. It’s the perfect starting point for an exceptional audio journey.
