SAFETY AND BULB ADVICE:

The shade fits both UK and European lamps, and comes with an adapter for the USA Harp and finial fittings.

All our lampshades are Fire Retardant when using a 40watt bulb and we recommend using low energy light bulbs in a children’s room as these are cool to the touch as well as eco conscious. 

The internal lining of our lampshades have been tested and passed the Glow Wire test by the Lighting Association for lampshades in the UK. 

SAMPLE SERVICE:

If you are concerned about colour matching, we offer a sample service for fabrics as colours on computer and mobile phones can be different to the actual fabrics.

HANDMADE

Once you place your order, I will personally create your lampshade for you from my studio in the UK.

Due to the handmade processes, pattern placement will vary from the picture. Whilst every care is given to the alignment of the images, the seam edge will not be a perfect match.

FREE DELIVERY

Delivery is by Royal Mail tracked 2nd class post from our small UK based business.

All our lampshades are wrapped in a biodegradable cellophane once created, to protect them from dust and dirt whilst being shipped to you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I will gladly accept returns.

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ensure the items are posted back to me within 30 days of delivery.

It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return postage costs and we recommend sending your item back via tracked delivery. 

Should the lampshade not be returned in its original wrapped condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value and a full refund will not be applicable.
