1) Collect Hair or Nail Sample: Collecting your hair sample will take 5 minutes or less. Scalp hair is the ideal source location, but pubic and underarm hair is satisfactory as well. Fingernail and toenail samples are accepted as well.

2) Send Sample: We provide you with a prepaid shipping label, with shipment tracking for US customers. Not to worry, we still accept hair samples from our Worldwide customers.

3) Receive Private Test Results: Your results are private and never sold to third party companies. Results are processed by our Physician-Approved and Certified Lab. Once your results are processed, we then email via secure a HIPAA compliant server the PDF of your Hair Analysis report. Most samples are processed in less than 10 business days. Typically 8-10 days from the day you put your sample in the mail.
