- Letterings are made of vinyl stickers or high quality vinyl iron-on (for fabric items), which lasts for years, if proper care is taken. If cleaning or washing of item is required, please do so gently around the words. Click here for more care tips.
- Font type and vinyl colours are fixed and will be the same as shown in photos.
- For single line text/names, the default font is cursive.
- Tumbler: Hand wash only. Do not use abrasive scrubs. Wash gently over words. Not suitable for microwave or dishwasher.
- Ornaments and other decorations are illustration purposes only.
- We always strive for perfection! However, handmade products naturally have minor flaws (e.g. scratches on wordings etc.). Due to the nature of product customisation, no exchanges / refunds.

Delivery information:
At least 2-4 working days processing time is needed before shipping out.
- Doorstep delivery per location in Singapore $8.90: Please ensure delivery date and time is selected above. Do note: delivery charge to Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands / CBD area is $15. We will contact you shortly after your order to process the extra charge.
- Self-collect for free at our home studio at Blk 682A Edgedale Plains: Monday to Friday, 5.30pm to 9pm only.
