Also with eyelash care ingredients such as panthenol, 9 kinds of plant extract that condition your lashes and moisture-providing placenta extract, hyaluronan, etc. This brings tone and moisture to eyelashes often damaged by mascara, curlers and extensions.

With a long, soft brush that also makes for easy application at the skin at the eyelash roots. Tonic is delivered to each individual lash from root to tip.
