The COREFX Flat Band Set are an effective yet gentle way to strengthen muscles. From beginners to strength training to Pilates classes, they provide light, medium, and strong resistance to tone muscles. The Flat resistance bands are ideal for all types of physical therapy including rehabilitating torn rotator cuffs, bad elbows, and damaged knees. The flat, lightweight design can also be used for stretching areas like tight hamstrings, shoulders, quadriceps, or assisting with learning yoga poses.
These bands are typically used for fitness but they have applications for rehab and physiotherapy. ACL, MCL, knee, and meniscus injuries all have treatments utilizing low-impact resistance exercise.
