Description:
Auntie Rita is a revised edition of the bestselling and award-winning memoir of Aboriginal woman Rita Huggins first published in 1994. Rita battled dispossession, poverty, personal tragedy and racism to create a rich meaningful life, lived out during the momentous changes of the 20th century.
‘Most people call me Auntie Rita, whites as well as Aboriginal people. Auntie is a term of respect of our older woman folk. You don’t have to be blood-related or anything. Everyone is kin. That’s a beautiful thing because in this way, no one is every truly alone, they always have someone they can turn to.’
Rita Huggins was born on Bidjara/Bidyara country at Carnarvon Gorge in central Queensland. As a child in the 1920s, she met white men for the first time: troopers who forced her family into cattle trucks and drove them south to Barambah, later Cherbourg Aboriginal Reserve. At Cherbourg ‘we had to stay in one place now, while the white men could roam free.’
There were some happy times, but the only way out of Cherbourg for First Nations people was work. Rita worked as a housekeeper all over Queensland before meeting and marrying Jack Huggins. After Jack’s untimely death, Rita struggled with grief and the challenges of being a single parent to three young children, and caring for extended family and community. As the 1960s unfolded, Rita watched the rise of First Nations activism — the 1967 Referendum, the Freedom Rides, new Aboriginal political organisations — and knew she wanted to make something better for herself, her family and for all Indigenous people. She joined Queensland’s One People of Austra

You need to read this....A+ stuff!
Ok, I have to give my honest opinion here.... I had (yes past tense) two teeth that had small stains on them and the last time I had my teeth cleaned at my Dentists office he stated he could not remove the stains... So, I read the reviews on this toothpaste, did some more research on Google and got it today. After lunch, I brushed my teeth and looked and the stains and they seemed to look lighter. I thought hummm.? Really? Then after dinner, I brushed my teeth again and just looked into the mirror out of curiosity (been a few hours) and I don't see either stain at all ... completely GONE! I am being very honest and so surprised that both stains were gone... Yeah, I know what you're thinking when you are reading this...B.S. right? Well, I am so surprised myself that I ordered two more tubes since they're on sale and I plan on giving one of them to a friend that has some coffee stains on her teeth and see if it works for her too... So, I would have to say that by purchasing the two tubes that I did, was way cheaper than going to my Dentist that stated they couldn't get rid of the stains. I'm totally 100% impressed with this Crest 3D White .. my new go toooooo forever! P.S. I am a ice tea drinker by heart and sometimes coffee too. Signed: So impressed by this stuff and it actually taste good and made my mouth feel fresh and my breath was fresh for a long time too....A+++++ toothpaste!
Quick Shipping as well.....

Beautiful white teeth
This works great. I always keep my teeth, nice and clean and bright and white and usually I have to buy Dental whitening, but this is the first time I found a product that you can just brush your teeth a few times a week and it keeps your teeth, nice and white.

Refreshing toothpaste that helps to deep clean your teeth.
Good tasting toothpaste that cleans my teeth well. It seems to have a tiny bit of grit to it to help remove stains on your teeth.
The tube is quite small. So, you do not get a lot of toothpaste. But a little goes a long way. I think that it did make my teeth a bit whiter. I did not have any sensitivity to it at all.

Works!
This is an updated review changed from 4 stars to 5 stars after using it for a week. This toothpaste actually removed Matcha Green Tea stains that were between my teeth and other tight areas my hygienist couldn't get into. I'd say this is a product for stubborn stains and I wouldn't use it more than maybe a week at a time because it's expensive for the small size you get and I'm not entirely sure what the long term effect is on the teeth.

A month’s worth of toothpaste!!
Does it work well? Who knows. The tube is maybe 4”, so tiny I needed a magnifying glass to read the contents. Maybe month’s worth of toothpaste!!!
