Description:
Cortec® EcoSonic® VpCI®-125 HP Permanent ESD Bags are high-performance inherently static-dissipative corrosion inhibiting bags for use in the protection of static sensitive multi-metal items such as electronics. They contain permanent static-dissipative properties to reduce or eliminate static buildup as long as the films or bags are in use, independent of the presence of humidity. They also form a molecular corrosion inhibiting layer on metal substrates and do not interfere with the physical or chemical properties of electronic components. They replace conventional rust preventatives such as barrier films and desiccants and allow your product to be used immediately without cleaning or degreasing.

How to Use:
Make sure your item is clean and dry before packing. Then simply place the item in the bag and close the zip top. Your part can be used immediately after unpacking, no cleaning or degreasing required.
Typical Applications:
EcoSonic® VpCI®-125 HP Permanent ESD Bags are recommended for packaging of static-sensitive components where triboelectric charge generation and corrosion are concerns. Used for packaging of integrated circuits, printed circuit boards, PCB components, telecommunications equipment, electronic and electrical panels, and enclosures.
