Complete your 16-bit sports collection with this original box and instruction manual for NHL Stanley Cup on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. This set is an essential find for collectors who already own the game cartridge and are looking to achieve "Complete in Box" (CIB) status for their SNES library.
Released in 1993, NHL Stanley Cup was a pioneer for using the console's Mode 7 graphics to create a pseudo-3D perspective on the ice. Authentic cardboard packaging from this era is increasingly difficult to source in preserved condition, making this a great opportunity to protect and display a piece of Nintendo history.
What is Included
This listing features the original retail box with the classic action-shot cover art and official NHL licensing. Also included is the authentic instruction manual, which provides the necessary details on the Mode 7 controls, team rosters, and tournament structures.
Condition Details
The box is the original cardboard release and shows shelf wear consistent with its age. The colors remain distinct, and the structural integrity is good, though some light softening at the corners or minor surface scuffs may be present. The manual is fully intact with no missing pages, secure staples, and no interior writing or major creasing.
Please note that this listing is for the Box and Manual ONLY. No game cartridge, internal tray, or poster is included in this sale.
