The Veredus Magnetik Hoof Boot is a therapeutic device, containing 10 neodymium magnets that develop a power of 2400 Gauss each. The magnets are distributed on the pastern, coronet and bulbs of the heel.
A horse produces energy through the body cells using an electric voltage, but when cell production is compromised, signs of swelling, stiffness or even pain may become apparent.
Benefits
The boots use magnetotherapy to help:
- reduce inflammation and pain.
- prevent overheating of the joints.
- stimulate blood circulation.
- accelerate toxin elimination.
- speed up the regeneration of cells.
- prepare muscles and tendons for work.
Made from a breathable Aerox fabric, lined and trimmed with Lycra, the boots ensure maximum comfort while allowing heat to evaporate so that your horse's legs remain at a healthy temperature.
Whether your horse suffers from swelling after exercise, stiffness or has had an injury, these boots will be of great benefit. By stimulating the production of elastin and collagen, tissue reconstruction is speeded up, hence speeding up your horse's recovery rate.
Magnetotherapy
The magnetic fields facilitate lymphatic and blood microcirculation, the change and use of nutrient substances by the cells, the natural biological defence system and the elimination of metabolic waste matter.
Moreover, the magnetic fields provide significant benefits in all inflammatory processes which are often accompanied by pain. The benefit is obtained through a reduction of the inflammatory process and, at the same time, an analgetic action with respect to the tissue nerve fibres.
These Veredus boots are available in Black, one size only, set of two.
