The Ritual

Place the raw crystals into the ceramic bowl.
Add 5–10 drops of the oil blend directly onto the stones.
Allow the scent to diffuse naturally into your space.
Pause.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale slowly through the mouth.

Place the bowl in your bedroom, living space, meditation area, or workspace — anywhere you wish to create calm, openness, and steady breathing.
Reapply oil when the scent softens.

Scent Longevity

The scent typically lasts 5–10 days per application, depending on room size, airflow, and number of drops used.
Once the scent fades, simply refresh the stones with a few more drops.
