1960年代頃のJULIANAのビジューイヤリング。

リーフグリーン、ピンク、パープル、バイオレット、マゼンダにブラック・・彩り豊かなラインストーンたちが、美しいフォルムに立体的にセットされています。

個性的な輝きをブラックが引き締める、ストーンの独特の色使いと絶妙な配置が秀逸です。

【JULIANA(ジュリアナ)とは】 
De LizzaとElsterが1947年に設立し、1990年代まで存続したDelizza&Elster Company(D&E)の自社ジュエリーライン。この会社は高いジュエリー制作技術を持ち、Weiss, Alice Caviness, Hobe, Hattie Carnegie, Kenneth J. Lane, Kramerなど多くのブランドのジュエリー生産を手掛けていました。

D&Eは1953年に自社ジュエリー"JULIANA"の制作を開始。高品質のカラーガラスやラインストーンが手作業で石留めされた、華やかでボリュームのあるデザインが特徴です。ジュリアナの専門書が出版されるほどそのランナップは多彩で、現在も世界中に愛好家がいます。ジュエリーは刻印なしで制作されたため(1968～1969年の2年間のみペーパータグを付けて販売されました)、ジュエリーの複数の特徴によりジュリアナのものかどうかを識別します。
