Do these include the backplate? No, these are the cup ends only. You need a RAM® Tab-Tite™ or Tab-Lock™ backplate (RAM-HOL-ACU) to build a complete cradle.
Can I charge my iPad mini in these cups? No. With the iPad mini 4/5 the lightning connector is blocked by the cup, so charging while mounted is not possible.
