The first is the ingredients. Thanks to Hakubaku’s location in Ballarat it can source the best ingredients: organic Australian wheat. The second factor is the production process. Thanks to years of intensive research, Hakubaku has perfected the drying process for noodles, and Hakubaku’s Ballarat plant is the best in the world. Hakubaku’s Ballarat plant uses a unique, patented process that dries noodles using the perfect combination of temperature, humidity and time. The result is firm-textured, perfect noodles.
- Soba noodles are thin, brown to grey, Japanese noodles made of wheat and buckwheat flour. They are roughly as thick as Italian spaghetti, and are used in various hot and cold dishes.

How do we use this product?
Soba can be served with various toppings, hot in a soup broth or chilled, and served with a dipping sauce, scallions and wasabi. Soba can also be used in stir fries and salads.
Noodles are cooked in plenty of boiling water or they will not cook evenly and will have a starchy taste. Keep the water gently boiling and when the noodles first go in the pot stir gently to separate. Most importantly, be careful not to overcook. Just like pasta, drain the noodles when still just a little chewy. A little oil could be tossed through the noodles to stop them sticking.
Cooking Time: 4 minutes, 3 minutes for stir-fries.

This Hiipoo sublimation ink has been a fantastic upgrade for my EcoTank printer. The autofill bottles fit perfectly into the ink tanks - no syringes, no mess, and no wasted ink. Refilling is quick and hassle-free, which makes the whole process so much easier.
The print quality is excellent. Colors come out bright, vivid, and crisp with great saturation and no fading. It transfers beautifully onto mugs, T-shirts, and tumblers, drying fast without smudges. I really appreciate that it works ICC-free, yet still delivers professional results.

Only Sublimation Ink for Me!!
I recently bought my second set of Hippo Sublimation Ink and continue to be thrilled with the results. This ink has proven to be a fantastic choice for my sublimation projects, delivering on all fronts.

Great for Sublimation!
I’m a bit new to sublimation and was worried about having dull colors, but this ink is doing wonders! The quality is great, I can adjust the amount on the printer and get the exact, rich, vibrant colors I want. (I found some recommended settings for brightness, contrast, etc… and then tweak the cyan, magenta, and yellow to the desired amount.)
I definitely recommend getting this ink! It’s so easy to refill the printer (I have an Eco tank 15000). The cost is not bad at all. I’ve only washed some of the items one time and so far the ink has remained unchanged. Seems like a winner to me!
