L't a t pluvieux faisant craindre pour les Folles Blanches mais le temps sec est revenu en septembre et les vendanges ont commenc dbut septembre donnant une rcolte saine avec des taux d'acidit levs, parfaits pour des vins de distillation. Magnifique millsime ! Taux dalcool la mise en bouteille : 49 % alc. vol. Cpage : 100%

Climat : Après un hiver particulièrement doux, le printemps a été plus frais et pluvieux et suivi d'un mois de mai chaud et ensoleillé. L'été a été pluvieux faisant craindre pour les Folles Blanches mais le temps sec est revenu en septembre et les vendanges ont commencé début septembre donnant une récolte saine avec des taux d'acidité élevés, parfaits pour des vins de distillation. Magnifique millésime !

Taux d’alcool à la mise en bouteille : 49 % alc. vol.

Cépage : 100% Folle Blanche 

Robe : Ambre dorée

Nez : Florale évoquant la rose, le jasmin, les fleurs des champs ainsi que quelques notes de vanilles, de poivre blanc et une point de muscade.

Palais : Une expression fine et longue sur les fleurs accompagné d’une touche d’écorce de pamplemousse.
