Dosage Directions:
- Use test strips to determine the current pH of your pool
- Adjust you pool's pH to 7.4 - 7.6
- Backwash and clean filter
- Make sure pump is running during application
- Chlorine & Bromine: Apply 1.5 lbs of Optimizer per 1,000 gallons
- Biquanide: Apply 2.8-4.5 lbs. per 1,000 gallons to achieve 50-80 ppm
- Slowly add BioGuard Optimizer into your pool skimmer with the pump and circulation system on
- Allow water to circulate for 4-8 hours after application
- Test and adjust pH prior to each application
