Comprised of multiple embossed layers of stainless steel with the outer layers utilizing a Viton rubber coating. Compressed operating thickness is 0.045". Cometic MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) Head Gaskets provide maximum sealing performance for todays high output engines and require no sealants. MLS gaskets are ideal for both aluminum heads to aluminum blocks and aluminum heads to cast iron blocks. They can withstand the shearing force created by the two materials. MLS gaskets have increased strength because they are comprised of multiple layers of stainless steel; which also creates the ability to rebound and resist corrosion. The outer layers are embossed and coated on both sides with Viton (a flour elastomer rubber based material that is heat resistant to 250 C/ 482 F). Viton is designed to meet the demands of a variety of harsh sealing environments, load conditions, and surface finishes. The center or shim layer is uncoated stainless steel, which can be varied to accommodate multiple thickness requirements. This Part Fits:

Excellent Work-out & Biking Short
Special Size: 7" Inseam without Pockets, Size: Small, Color: Ocean Blue
I love these biker shorts. They have just the right amount of lycra and they are super soft. They are true to size, and they fit perfectly on my 5'2", 125-pound frame. I purchased them for use in bike riding, and I am very pleased with the fit and stretch. The inseam length is perfect for bike riding, and the legs don't ride up my thigh. The only con to all the pros is there isn't a phone pocket. I ride my bike around town, and I would have liked to have a pocket for my phone when going inside a store. These shorts are well worth the price. I purchased three different colors and love them all. I would definitely purchase this item again.

Cute and comfy and worth the price
Special Size: 5" Inseam with Pockets, Size: Small, Color: Flamingo Pink
These shorts are cute and comfy! I'm 5'5" and 120lbs and ordered a medium which fit perfectly, a small definitely would have been too tight. The high waist is flattering and the fabric is soft yet supportive. My only complaint is that the material isn't as thick as I would like. I love the 5″ inseam—it’s sporty without being too short. The pockets are convenient for keys or cards, and the material is opaque, breathable, and comfortable for everything from yoga to errands. A versatile, everyday essential which is worth it for the price. I’ll be buying in more colors!

Wanted to like them
Special Size: 6" Inseam Contrast Trim without Pockets, Size: Medium, Color: Flamingo Pink/White
These are very cute but no compression at all in the waist. Even if I was to size down I wouldn’t feel comfortable working out in them. They would be too loose. Maybe for leisure they’d be okay but for CrossFit or running or moving a lot, I wouldn’t bother.

Nice fabric
Special Size: 7" Inseam with Pockets, Size: X-Large, Color: Taupe
These are well made. The fabric is perfect! Not thin. I was disappointed that I ordered a size that was too large. I had to return. I need to get updated body measurements before reordering.
