MARY & MAY Marine Collagen Serum 30ml is a high-efficiency anti-aging serum designed for users with skin elasticity loss, fine lines, dryness, or dullness—core positioning is "marine collagen replenishment + deep hydration + elasticity restoration". Its key advantages lie in high-purity low-molecular marine collagen and multi-active synergy system: the formula contains 15% low-molecular marine collagen (sourced from deep-sea cod, molecular weight <1000Da), which can penetrate the stratum corneum quickly to replenish the collagen lost by the skin due to aging, UV rays, and environmental pollution, reducing fine lines caused by collagen deficiency.
To solve the "dryness after collagen supplementation" issue, the serum is paired with triple hyaluronic acid (small/middle/large molecular weight) to form a "moisture-locking network"—small-molecular hyaluronic acid penetrates to hydrate, while large-molecular hyaluronic acid forms a protective film on the skin surface, avoiding dryness and tightness. Additionally, niacinamide and adenosine are added to brighten dull skin and enhance skin elasticity, achieving "anti-aging + brightening + hydration" in one step.
The serum has a lightweight, watery texture that absorbs in 10-15 seconds (no sticky residue), suitable for all skin types—oily/combination skin can use it alone after toner, while dry skin can layer it with moisturizer. It is free of alcohol, mineral oil, parabens, artificial colorants, and synthetic fragrances, has passed dermatological irritation tests, and is safe for sensitive skin (excluding users allergic to seafood-derived ingredients). The 30ml dropper bottle packaging ensures hygienic dosage control, avoiding contamination from direct hand contact.
Key features:
  1. High-Purity Marine Collagen: 15% low-molecular marine collagen, fast absorption, effective for elasticity restoration.
  2. Triple Hyaluronic Acid Hydration: Multi-layer moisture locking, no dryness after use.
  3. Multi-Effect Anti-Aging: Reduces fine lines, brightens skin tone, and improves elasticity—simplifies anti-aging skincare.
  4. Mild & Safe: No irritants, seafood-allergy-free formula (marine collagen is purified to remove allergenic proteins), suitable for sensitive skin.

Worth the time, effort to get a good theological overview
Format: Hardcover
This book may be 600+ pages, making it a daunting task for the average Christian. But I recommend Olson's book because it gets the job done. If you want to have a good overview of the process of theology, this "story" is excellent. Written in a chronological fashion, Olson makes the facts come alive rather than mundane and dull as some other books have done. Yes, as one earlier reviewer said, Olson has his presupposions--which historian doesn't?--and his views do come out, like when he is talking about "fundamentalists" and "Calvinists." But is there really any way to write in a completely objective fashion? It's a pretty difficult task, and I think every historian I've read has his/her own opinions, meaning the recording of history is quite subjective. So I don't think it's as big of a problem as that reviewer believed it to be. My favorite part of the book was the first couple hundred pages. To me, it's obvious that Olson feels most comfortable with the first 5 centuries of the church, and this also happens to be my favorite part of church history to study. I had no qualms with how he presented everything, and the thorough index is a wonderful tool that I will probably use in the future as a reference book. All in all, I give this book a hearty thumbs-up. Just be patient and work your way through it, and you will be blessed.
