The Ruinart Blanc de Blancs boasts a beautiful pale yellow color with hints of gold and green, and a lively effervescence. On the nose, it initially reveals sweet notes of chestnut, coconut, and fresh bread, quickly followed by floral aromas of iris, lily-of-the-valley, and Seville orange blossoms, as well as citrus notes of bergamot and citron. Mineral and saline notes of wet rock and flint also emerge. The palate offers a direct yet silky attack, supported by mineral notes and a supple, harmonious texture.
