Appearance
Juicy red hues — the vibrant, inviting colour of a Tempranillo sourced from mature King Valley and Heathcote vineyards, with the depth and brightness that two of Victoria’s most distinctive growing regions deliver in combination.
Aroma
Dark cherry, red berries, and earthy spice — the classic, expressive bouquet of a well-made Tempranillo that captures the variety’s Iberian character in a distinctly Victorian context. Vibrant, inviting, and immediately appealing.
Palate
Bright, juicy berries and cola jubes followed by dusty, savoury spice — medium-bodied, earthy, and deeply enjoyable, with the kind of easy, food-friendly drinkability that makes Tempranillo one of the world’s most versatile red varieties. Drink within 3 years of vintage.
Pairs With
Paella con carne, char-grilled octopus and chorizo, salami, roasted capsicum and olives — tapas, tortillas, and temptation. Perfect with all things chargrilled and wood-fired. The Iberian wonder wine for every occasion that calls for something juicy, earthy, and deeply satisfying.
