Vent Tube Kit - 4777Our vent tubes are designed to keep mid corner stumbles and fuel slosh at bay. When your racecar noses into the corner and the car is in the dynamic posture, the floats are shut off in the carburetor, not allowing fuel to flow until the car is leveled out again. Since we rely heavily on fuel in the carburetor bowls to allow us to get through the corner with no issues, that means our float levels need to be higher ( especially on E 85) to make sure we
Our vent tubes are designed to keep mid corner stumbles and fuel slosh at bay. When your racecar noses into the corner and the car is in the dynamic posture, the floats are shut off in the carburetor, not allowing fuel to flow until the car is leveled out again. Since we rely heavily on fuel in the carburetor bowls to allow us to get through the corner with no issues, that means our float levels need to be higher ( especially on E-85) to make sure we don't have the mid corner hesitation, or bubbly underwater sound. Our vent tubes allow you to increase your float levels, wile also preventing the fuel slosh that comes with those increased levels.
Directly compatible with most 4777 style carburetors. The tube can easily be cut or modified to fit as needed.
