All-Wheel Drive

Automower® AWD models feature technology that optimizes the control of each individual wheel in order to enable superior operation in the most demanding terrain. With an impressive slope performance that handles 70 % (35°) incline. Automower® AWD rewrites the rules for autonomous maintenance of green spaces, improving the safety of your workforce.

Pivoting rear body design

The articulated rear body design enables excellent maneuverability for navigation on complex lawns and through passages. The rear body also has a pivoting capability, considerably enhancing the traction in rough terrain, making the most out of the AWD operation on Automower® AWD models.

Manages slopes up to 70%

Large coarse-tread wheels provide excellent traction even if the surface is slippery. The mower handles slopes up to 70%.

Warning lights

Warning lights with pulsating or solid light to create awareness during operation at night. Reduces the risk of accidents in public work environments.

Pro user interface

Interface adapted for professional handling, meaning all settings and controls managed remotely through Husqvarna Fleet Services smartphone app or via PC/tablet. Controls on product; status LED indication and START / STOP functionality. Simplifies use for inexperienced users and minimises serious impact on the product in case of vandalism.

AIM Technology

Husqvarna AIM Technology uses onboard GPS and sensors to create a virtual map of the installed area. The map is visible in Automower® Connect, and includes the location of boundary and guide wires. With AIM Technology via the app it is easy to create work areas with unique cutting heights and schedules, or temporary stay-out zones when needed.

Weather timer

Adjusts the working time to the lawn’s growth rate, meaning that Husqvarna Automower® will maximise its mowing time during periods of strong grass growth. In sunny or dry weather, or late in the season, the mower will spend less time mowing, which decreases wear on lawn and mower.

Remote object detection

Built-in sensors using ultrasonic technology helps the mower to detect objects, lowers the speed and avoid hard collisions.

Automatic passage handling - PATENTED

Husqvarna Automower® automatically senses narrow passages and finds its way even through the smallest passages. It will vary its route through the passage to avoid unpleasant tracks.

Electric height adjustment - PATENTED

Electric cutting height adjustment makes it convenient to set the desired height via the Husqvarna Automower® Connect app. The setting is also accessible from the mower’s main menu.

5 blade cutting disc

The cutting discs on the commercial models, Automower 500-series and CEORA, are equipped with 5 Enhance HSS blades, which gives a higher cutting performance. More blades per disc gives a finer cut and extends the interval for blade changes.

Unique cutting system

Husqvarna Automower® cuts just a little but frequently, which assures a nice and healthy lawn. It is equipped with sharp razor-like blades made of strong carbon steel mounted on a robust cutting disc system. This provides for efficient operation and extremely low energy consumption.

Triple guide wires - PATENTED

Triple guidewires reduces searching time even if the installation area is really large, complex or divided into several areas.

Balance control

Automatically detects and notifies if imbalance in the cutting system occur to ensure trouble-free and silent operation. Imbalance could be caused by missing, double mounted or damaged blades.

FOTA – Firmware Over-The-Air

FOTA – a technology that enables the operators to perform upgrades of the firmware, via the Fleet Services app. The downloading is done remotely, without the need of physical intervention into the product, and enables new features and updates.

Scheduling

With the easily programmable weekly timer function, it is possible to precisely schedule time intervals for Automower® to work.

Theft protection by GPS

Products equipped with Automower Connect®/Husqvarna Fleet Services™ immediately begin tracking its GPS position and send notifications to your devices. Makes the installation extra safe and minimizes the risk of theft.

Safety sensors

If Husqvarna Automower® is used correctly, the product is safe and reliable. It is equipped with several sensors, including an automatic and immediate shutdown of the cutting function if the unit tips over or is lifted from the ground. The product design ensures that the blades are positioned well away from the outer edge of the machine body for increased safety. If Automower® encounters any obstacles, it stops or changes direction, further ensuring its mowing mission.

Weatherproof design

Husqvarna's robotic products are built with 30 years of experience in harsh weather types, such as the Nordic climate. They are designed to operate 24/7 throughout the grass growing season, with normal maintenance and cleaning. The unique cutting system, with free-hanging razor blades on a cutting disc, ensures the cutting result even in rainy conditions.
