Owner Đorđe works together with technologist Oszkár Maurer and grower Jelena Burmudžija to produce incredible wines of character and clarity that truly express the terroir, fermented exclusively on natural yeasts and without additional intervention in the cellar.
This is a beautiful light skin contact, in an incredible ceramic bottle, with one-day maceration on skins and aged in Clayver (Amphorae). Exciting, light and refreshing with soft and structured acids, with a taste of ripe pear, sherbet and the characteristic ripe yellow fruit scent of Traminer.
Serve chilled. This wine is incredibly stable, and will hold up well after opening with little change in the days after.
