Production Notes
Alambique's attention to detail and dedication to preserving authenticity is extended into the production of the Blend 11 Besadiablos. Starting with hand-harvested sugarcane, it undergoes a time-honored distillation process in a copper alambique still. The carefully produced spirit is then transferred to spend eleven years in a combination of charred ex-bourbon and sherry barrels, which imbue the rum with its distinct flavors and gold-hued richness. This meticulous production process contributes to a rum that stands out in taste and quality, making it an exceptional choice for those looking to buy, order, or browse for premium rums online.
