The most important rule we need to remember is that despite our hectic and busy schedules, everyone can devote 10 minutes a day to cook at home. Do not trust the multitude of ready-to-cook dishes and semi-prepared packaged foods with vague content and a large amount of preservatives. Always cook with passion and love, using my wholesome and healthy recipes to create beautiful meals, but don't forget to add something from yourself and turn the routine into fun.
