The one in De Pere, Wisconsin is different from its counterparts, however. They operate under a "Freedom Franchise". The "Freedom" part means that they get to run their business in a way that meets their community's needs. The "Franchise" part means they get access to the recipes and processes that the Great Harvest company has built and improved on for three decades.
