He found inspiration in the American art scene of the 1970s. In 1990, Farella joined the Saatchi & Saatchi Group as an illustrator/visualiser and finally founded his own agency for advertising and editorial illustration in 1996. In 2001, he discovered 3D rendering and animation. With his great obsession with detail, he wants to give his pictures poetry, originality and uniqueness - the combination of creativity and hyperrealism should appeal to the heart and mind in equal measure.
