The Kennametal BP200 WIN™ Series is the BP200 SiAlON version of the WIN™ Water Induction Nozzle System — providing the same proprietary wet abrasive blasting capability as the tungsten carbide WIN™ at a significantly lighter weight. BP200 SiAlON weighs approximately half as much as tungsten carbide in the same nozzle format, meaningfully reducing operator fatigue during sustained wet blasting operations where the WIN™ system is used for extended dust suppression work. The complete system includes the WIN™ Hose, rubber washer, 3/4" NH water inlet, and on/off valve.
Water is inducted at the nozzle through a low-pressure connection at 0.7 to 6 litres per minute, compatible with rust inhibitors introduced via any standard pump. The nozzle is corrected to a 1-1/4" NPSM nozzle holder, preferably installed on a 25 mm (1") blast hose.
For operators where nozzle weight is less critical than maximum liner durability, the tungsten carbide WIN™ Series provides the same system in a heavier but more impact-resistant liner.

Available Sizes & Lengths
Available in bore sizes #4 through #8. Nozzle length increases with bore size.
Note: Most blasting systems worldwide use 50 mm thread nozzles. Verify compatibility or select a matching nozzle holder/adapter for this thread type.
