'A love letter to Bombay told through food and stories, including their legendary black daal' Yotam Ottolenghi
At long last, Dishoom share the secrets to their much sought-after Bombay comfort food- the Bacon Naan Roll, Black Daal, Okra Fries, Jackfruit Biryani, Chicken Ruby and Lamb Raan, along with Masala Chai, coolers and cocktails.
As you learn to cook the comforting Dishoom menu at home, you will also be taken on a day-long tour of south Bombay, peppered with much eating and drinking. You'll discover the simple joy of early chai and omelette at Kyani and Co., of dawdling in Horniman Circle on a lazy morning, of eating your fill on Mohammed Ali Road, of strolling on the sands at Chowpatty at sunset or taking the air at Nariman Point at night.
This beautiful cookery book and its equally beautiful photography will transport you to Dishoom's most treasured corners of an eccentric and charming Bombay. Read it, and you will find yourself replete with recipes and stories to share with all who come to your table.
'This book is a total delight. The photography, the recipes and above all, the stories. I've never read a book that has made me look so longingly at my suitcase' Nigel Slater

Hustler raptor SD hydro oil
Size: 5 Quarts
Good quality oil used for my hustler raptor SD hydro oil. Far better price than buying a 100 dollar kit. My total cost was 40 bucks with filters.

Quality oil
Size: 5 Quarts, Pack of 3
I use nothing but Castrol GTX high mileage 20w50 oil and Wix oil filters in my 2000 Nissan Frontier with 317,000 highway miles on the engine. I change the oil every 3,000 miles and engine is still going strong!

Amazon has become my go-to motor oil merchant
Size: 5 Quarts
I could not be happier with this oil.
I have been using Castrol GTX regular and High Mileage oils in several cars for 8+ years so you can imagine that I am satisfied with the brand.
As for Castrol's GTX High Mileage 20W-50, I have been using it for a while, first purchasing it at parts stores, but this oil was phased out of many stores in my area. I bought most of the stock I could find in the local stores and then pondered the question of what to do when I use it all up. I searched for this oil on Amazon, merely on a whim, and I was ecstatic to find that they sold it for a price much lower than what I was paying in the auto stores. An oil change on my car takes about four quarts, so I first purchased two of these five quart containers. After using them up and a having a great experience purchasing them on Amazon, I went ahead and purchased four more containers to stock up.
I do much of my own vehicle maintenance and working on cars a hobby of mine, so oil changes are something that I always do on my own. I use this Castrol in a 1992 Volvo 240 Wagon with 250,000 miles which is a daily driver and I will not use anything else for oil at this point. A specialist for these cars recommended that I try a 20W-50 oil in the B230F in my Volvo. I have been able to keep my engine running very smoothly for its age and mileage through regular oil changes and the use of this quality oil. I am confident that recurrent use of this oil will help me push the Volvo many more miles before needing to do an overhaul (the engine is yet to be overhauled, but that should be no big surprise for anyone who has experience with a B2XX engine Volvo).

Cannot purchase this locally any longer
Size: 5 Quarts
I cannot purchase this viscosity locally any longer. I was very glad to see it offered here. I use this thicker oil in my 2.2 liter Chevrolet engine that has over 200k miles. It works great.

Great oil but...
Size: 5 Quarts
Great oil. My only gripe is that I need 5.5QT's and single quarts are not available in this weight. Even if it was it looks like a single qt would cost about as much as 5qt's.
