"Thank you endless amounts for your hard work and labor for these! We use them daily in our homeschool morning routine, and I wait excitedly along with the kids to hear about each day's saint! Best money ever spent for our homeschool and our Orthodox library! God bless you for this effort!"
Thank you for providing this series to your children! God bless you!
Get the whole 12-volume series in one package!
When we study the Synaxaria, i.e., the Lives of the Saints, we learn how to apply the One True Faith, Orthodoxy, in real life!
Based on our experience and the experience of all the families that already have
"My Synaxarion – A Saint for Every Day – A Book for Every Month,"
we can tell that it will also become your family's favorite series of books for daily reading.
As Dionysios' late dad, Basileios, used to say,
"Holy Bible = Theory — Lives of the Saints = Practice!"
A total of 366 Days with Orthodox Saints!
"My Synaxarion – A Saint for Every Day" may be one of the best Orthodox gifts.
A genuinely Orthodox gift that you and your family will use every day of the year, God willing, for many years, even after the kids have left home!
The Saints of the Church are the living seeds of Christ's teachings that sprout across the ages and grow into mighty, spiritual trees under which we find shelter from the blizzards and storms of this world.
THE SAINTS' LIVES INSPIRE US TO SERVE THE LORD AND LIVE ACCORDING TO HIS WILL.
EVERY DAY!
Each book consists of three parts; the first part presents a Saint for every day of the month.
The second part of every book/month is the Salutations or the Supplication service for a central Feast of the month. So, September includes the Salutations to the Holy Cross; October, the Supplication service to Saint Demetrios; November, the Supplication service to Saint Nectarios of Aegina; December, Akathist to Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker; January, the Lorica of Saint Gildas the Wise; February, Akathist to Saints Theodore the Commander, or Stratelates, and Theodore the Recruit, or Tero, the Great Martyrs. March includes the Salutations to the Theotokos; April includes the Salutations to Saint George the Trophybearer; May to Saints Constantine and Helen; June to the Holy Twelve Apostles; July Supplication service to the Holy Unmercenaries; August the Small Paraklesis to the Most–Holy Theotokos.
The third part is titled "Other Saints of the Month" and constitutes an Orthodox calendar that can be used yearly.
The Complete Set of "My Synaxarion—A Saint for Every Day—A Book for Every Month" is now available in English and Greek.
