Looking for a way to reduce high intake temperatures on your stock or modified WRX? The solution is the Mishimoto Top-Mount Intercooler and Charge Pipe System engineered specifically for the 2015+ Subaru WRX. The stock top-mount intercooler is prone to heat soak during repeated wide open throttle pulls and during track use. Mishimoto engineers spent months designing and testing this new intercooler to ensure optimum performance on both the street and track. This intercooler utilizes durable cast aluminum end tanks TIG-welded to a highly efficient, dense bar-and-plate core. The Mishimoto Top-Mount Intercooler has a 4" thick core and a total volume of 625 in3, making it one of the largest topmount intercoolers you can buy. Thanks to this volume and a very dense offset fin pitch, we are able to optimize heat transfer and support vehicles from stock up to 500 whp. The Mishimoto Top-Mount Intercooler endured rigorous testing, showing a 35 F temperature drop as well as a +15 whp and +8 wtq bolt-on power increase for our test vehicle equipped with a Mishimoto downpipe and Stage 2 EcuTek tune. Installation is simple, requires no modification to any parts in the engine bay, and can be completed in under 1 hour. Included with this intercooler is Mishimoto's innovative charge pipe, utilizing a one-piece construction without the need for several couplers and clamps. An innovative, air splitter is included with the intercooler, this will help divert the maximum amount of air into your Mishimoto intercooler. The kit also includes a new charge pipe to intercooler hose, an intercooler to throttle-body hose, new bypass valve hoses, and a hot side O-ring gasket. These components negate the need to gather supplies for installation, and they ensure years of reliable service. This intercooler is available in a durable powder-coated finish of Stealth Black or Sleek Silver, with your choice of either a polished or wrinkle black charge pipe, and it includes the Mishimoto Lifetime WarrantyThis Part Fits:

Detailed coverage of Active Directory
Format: Kindle
I spent several years very close to active directory but haven’t followed developments in recent years. I was interested in this book as a refresher on what’s new in the last 8-10 years – and it did not disappoint.
The chapter on Advanced AD Management with PowerShell does a great job providing some background, setting the stage for why we’d want to know this, and providing some brief descriptions of various cmdlets that might be needed. My last experience with PowerShell/Active Directory required the Quest module, so seeing these native cmdlets is a nice change.
The chapter on AD FS is very detailed, providing a history of the functionality, deployment topologies and considerations, as well as details on configuring the required components. This is a topic I was not familiar with before seeing this book, and it did a good job bringing me up to speed on the feature.
I have not made it all the way through this book, but the sections I have completed are very good. If you are looking for a thorough reference guide on the current state of Active Directory, you should check out this book.

The book for designing and deploying Active Directory in your Organization
Format: Paperback
If you purchased an earlier release of this book and was wondering if this one is worth getting, the answer is yes!! The biggest change is this edition thoroughly covers the latest and greatest, Windows Server 2022. It walks through security issues, the differences between this and previous versions of Windows Server and how to design and deploy a functional and secure Server 2022 Active Directory. I enjoyed reading through this book and highly recommend it!

Realistic book of el Camino de Santiago
Format: Paperback
This is the most realistic and informative book I've read about el Camino de Santiago, (and I've read no less than 10 in my preparation to walk el Camino). It is beautifully written, inspirational, humble and encouraging. The reality of the albergues or refugios hit me, so I decided to book in private albergues or pensiones in advance. Thank you Joyce for opening our eyes about the hard parts of the Camino, but also of all the beauty and the transformative experience. I hope to savor some of what you and Tome did (minus the albergues), and to learn to appreciate every little thing that we take it for granted. Beautiful book! A must read for all who wants to walk The Way.

Real and Uninhibited
Format: Paperback
I’m planning to walk the Camino this fall and bought several books describing personal journeys. This book filled my soul with the author’s well-described authentic expression of her inner journey—the joys, the fears, the icks and the ahhhs. So honest, so inspiring, uninhibited and very real. Not a day-by-day account of a diary but rather the lessons lived and learned along The Way. Beautiful. I would love to give her a long and heart-felt hug for what I gained from her story. 💖
