The winery has always practiced certified organic farming techniques, creating a well-balanced ecosystem that respects the native flora and fauna. Vora la Mar translates as 'by the sea' - made from 100% Pansa Blanca graps (the local name for Xarel.lo), this conjures up memories of a Catalan summer holiday. Aromatic and fresh, you'll find aromas of lemon peel and white peach with a touch of aniseed, a racy acidity and a defined structure.
