The Brooks Glycerin Flex is a flexible, comfort-focused daily trainer for runners who want a soft ride that emphasizes natural movements.
Unleash you feet
Feel the best parts of the run with our new innovative flex groove and podular flexibility, working together to provide flexibility and support where you need it most.
Powerful softness
Experience soft landings and powerful toe-offs with nitrogen-infused DNA TUNED cushion, seamlessly crafted into one midsole without any added layers.
Experience it first
The new rule-bending Glycerin Flex is first of its kind, blending flexibility and luxurious cushioning.
At A Glance:
- Highly flexible, natural ride
- Soft cushioning that feels responsive
- Comfortable fit that adapts to your foot movement
- 6mm drop
The Brooks Glycerin Flex blends soft cushioning with enhanced flexibility to allow the shoe to move naturally with your foot while remaining rigid enough through the platform to help prevent excessive pronation. This creates a smooth ride that feels fluid without becoming sloppy.
The cushioned DNA Tuned midsole delivers a plush underfoot feel, while the flexible outsole geometry promotes easy heel-to-toe movement. With an S-groove through the midsole, the forefoot and rear foot have been decoupled from one another, allowing your stride to flex in a way that feels natural.
Above your foot, a breathable, adaptive upper wraps the foot comfortably, allowing natural motion without pressure points.
The Brooks Glycerin Flex is ideal for runners who value comfort but want a more natural, dynamic feel on daily runs and casual miles.
