Aroma
The nose reveals a bright and fresh fruit bouquet of citrus blossom, subtle pear, and white nectarine, beautifully combined with savoury characters of roasted nuts and delicate spices. This complex aromatic profile creates an inviting and sophisticated bouquet that speaks to the wine's careful blending and time on lees.
Palate
The entry is soft with generous primary fruit characters that unfold gracefully on the palate. A creamy mid-palate offers delightful notes of nougat and nectarines, adding richness and texture. The wine extends to a lingering and crisp brut finish that provides refreshing balance and elegance. This harmonious interplay between fruit purity, creamy texture, and vibrant acidity creates a wonderfully refined sparkling wine with excellent versatility.
Pairs With
This versatile sparkling wine pairs beautifully with fresh oysters, smoked salmon, soft cheeses such as brie or camembert, seafood canapés, and delicate Asian cuisine. It's equally delightful as an aperitif for celebrations or alongside light poultry dishes.
